Densité et texture des matériaux : l'analyse tactile

Voici le peignoir idéal lorsque le thermostat est réglé sur « économie » en janvier. Au toucher : Léger, texturé et vif. Il n'offre pas cette sensation de sable qui s'enfonce comme le coton pelucheux, mais il procure une sensation de propreté.
Utilisation : C'est mon choix numéro un pour les routines matinales. Les manches sont légèrement plus courtes, s'arrêtant au niveau du poignet. Un atout majeur en termes de conception. Vous pouvez vous laver le visage, préparer votre café ou consulter votre téléphone sans être gêné par les manches. De plus, il sèche remarquablement vite, évitant ainsi les odeurs de moisi qui affectent souvent les peignoirs plus épais dans les salles de bain humides.
Intégrer la robe dans la routine de rétablissement
Un peignoir est inutile s'il ne favorise pas votre protocole de récupération. Ma routine du soir est stricte : un bain chaud avec du sel d'Epsom, suivi de 400 mg de glycénate de magnésium, puis le peignoir.
Voici pourquoi le choix de la matière est important : les suppléments de magnésium et les bains chauds augmentent la température corporelle. Si vous enfilez un peignoir en polyester, vous allez transpirer, ce qui perturbera le processus de refroidissement nécessaire à un sommeil profond.
